The team of the business Ambassador of «Business Russia» in UAE together with the Russian House of International Scientific and Technical Cooperation, announces the launch of the specialized training «Business in the United Arab Emirates: from theory to practice». The training program, designed specifically for entrepreneurs, will include both a theoretical course in Moscow and an on-site practical module in the Emirates. The aim of this initiative is to promote the processes of high-quality training of foreign economic activity personnel in order to develop exports and form a network of sustainable partnerships with friendly countries. The first group's training is scheduled to start on September 25.
The specialized training «Business in the United Arab Emirates: from Theory to Practice» is a comprehensive educational program designed specifically for entrepreneurs, businessmen and professionals interested in entering the UAE market and developing economic ties with this country. Participants will gain theoretical knowledge about business culture, legal aspects and practical nuances of doing business in the Emirates, as well as practical skills for the successful implementation of their projects in this market.
The training program will include a three-day theoretical course in Moscow and a three-day field module (business mission) to the United Arab Emirates. Upon completion of the educational project, participants will receive a state-recognized certificate of advanced training on the basis of the Russian House of International Scientific and Technical Cooperation.
During the three-day theoretical course in Moscow, participants will learn about the legal and business culture of the UAE, the specifics of doing business in the Emirates (licensing procedures, taxation, and labor legislation), successful business strategies for entering the UAE market, effective marketing and PR methods, cultural peculiarities and business etiquette in the Emirates, as well as practical business negotiation skills.
During a three-day field module in the UAE (Abu Dhabi, Dubai) the training participants will have the opportunity to immerse themselves in the business environment of the Emirates: they will visit free economic zones, key business centers, meet with local experts and potential partners, owners of both Emirati and Russian companies operating in the UAE. In addition, they will have the opportunity to present their companies or business ideas to potential partners and investors.
The purpose of the specialized training is to create a flexible training system for specialists in the field of foreign economic activity with the ability to adapt to the challenges of the international environment; help more companies engage in international trade, increase their competitiveness in the UAE market; reduce the personnel shortage of enterprises implementing projects in the field of foreign economic activity, etc.
The training «Business in the United Arab Emirates: from theory to practice» is organized by the Business Russia team in the UAE, in collaboration with the Russian House of International Scientific and Technical Cooperation, a non-governmental development institute responsible for coordination and interaction with foreign economic entities in the field of international scientific and technical cooperation.
The start of the specialized training is scheduled for September 25. This year, the training will be held for two groups of entrepreneurs (up to 12 people in each group).
The first group: from September 25 to October 1
- September 25-27 – theory module in Moscow
- September 28 – departure to the UAE
- September 29-October 1 – Business mission in the UAE
Second group: November 20-26
- November 20-22 – theory module in Moscow
- November 23 – departure to the UAE
- November 24-26 – Business mission in the UAE
