Sheikh Mohamed presented a 10-year Dubai Development Plan

The plan includes 10 initiatives: doubling of foreign trade volume and establishing of foreign trade relations with 400 cities; launching of Dubai plan for environmentally friendly and sustainable production; establishing new economic corridors with Africa, Latin America, Southeast Asia by 2033; integration of 65,000 young Emiratis into the labour market; launching of Dubai Traders Project to broaden young traders' options in key sectors; issuance of the sole Dubai license as a unique business identifier for all Dubai companies; launching of Dubai Sandbox to test and commoditize new technologies thus turning Dubai into a big technology hub; startup of the world best universities partnership program to turn Dubai into a global innovation center of higher education; development of small and medium businesses support program by identifying 400 high potential companies and promoting their growth.
