Russian buyers rank in the top three biggest investors in Dubai real estate market

According to Betterhomes, the first place in the number of transactions in the first quarter of 2023 was taken by the British, the second place was taken by the Indians, the third one - by the Russians. In that period, 27,846 property sales transactions were concluded in Dubai (56% increase compared to last year). The total value of real estate sold in Dubai amounted to a record $18.7 billion showing a 65% increase on a yearly basis.
