Experts estimate the world gas stock at 150 trillion cubic meters. 4% of this volume (6 trillion cubic meters) are located in the UAE: 92% - in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi, 5% - in Sharjah and 2% - to Dubai. Currently, about 55% of the produced gas is used in the country, the rest is exported in a liquefied form.
