Dubai Municipality launches a private sector investment opportunities platform

Dubai investment opportunities are estimated at 576.3 million dirhams ($156.7 million). The online platform will enable local and foreign private sector investors to forward proposals for joint projects with the Dubai Municipality.

Using the platform, it is also possible to make an application for co-investment opportunities provided by a company. The platform is aimed at optimizing the processes of the investment projects evaluation and approval, as well as at establishing partnerships between the Dubai Municipality and the private sector.
