The «Business Russia» strategy on the United Arab Emirates market entry was approved at the 9th meeting of the Russian-Emirates Inter-governmental commission in Abu Dhabi and was included into the final protocol signed by the Minister of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation D. Manturov and the Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation of the UAE A. Al Nahayan. It means that implementation of the Russian-Emirates projects of the «Business Russia» is taken under control of the governments of both countries.

Expert negotiations took place on October 12-13 in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation of the United Arab Emirates (Martyrs Hall). Taking into account the enhancing cooperation in various areas between the Russian Federation and the United Arab Emirates, active participation of the Russian President Vladimir Putin in strengthening of the Russian-Emirates relations and also aspiration of business of both countries to further expansion and deepening of mutually advantageous interaction, the parties discussed a wide range of issues of bilateral interaction in areas of trade-economic and investment cooperation, industry, power, information technologies and communication and also interregional cooperation.

Representatives of the supreme authorities took part in the Russian-Arab negotiations: Minister of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation Denis Manturov, Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation of the United Arab Emirates Abdullah bin Zayed Al-Nahyan, ambassador extraordinary and plenipotentiary of the Russian Federation in the UAE Sergey Kuznetsov, ambassador of the UAE in Russia Maaded Hareb Djaber Al-Haley and also a numerous delegation of entrepreneurs from Russia and UAE.

The «Business Russia» strategy on the UAE market entry was introduced at the Intergovernmental Russian-Emirates commission by the business ambassador of the organization in the UAE Maksim Zagornov. The expert told about the specifics of work of representation of the business ambassador of «Business Russia» in the UAE in Dubai. This «one window» format structure renders the consulting and information help to the companies of «Business Russia», interested to enter or strengthen the positions in the UAE market, deals with issues of the organization of joint participation of the Russian and Arab companies in the largest exhibition projects carried out on the territory of both countries, promotes delegatory exchange, etc.

The initiative of «Business Russia» on strengthening of trade and economic relations between the companies of the business consolidation and the companies of the UAE was approved at the Russian-Emirates Inter-governmental commission and was included into the final protocol. The document was signed by the Minister of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation D. Manturov and the Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation of the UAE A. Al-Nahyan. The implementation of the measures enshrined in the protocol will be kept under control by the governments of both countries, which guarantees a green light for Russian-Emirate projects of the «Business Russia».

Participation in the 21st International exhibition on technologies of water treatment, energy technologies and environmental protection WETEX-2019 and the World summit of green economy will become the following important step of the «Business Russia» in strengthening of the positions in the UAE market. The event will take place on October 20 - 23 in Dubai and will become the constructive site for establishment of direct contacts of the «Business Russia» entrepreneurs with the partners from the UAE. The business mission to the United Arab Emirates will be organized by the business ambassador of the «Business Russia» in the UAE Maksim Zagornov.

16 entrepreneurs representing the interests of the Russian advanced companies working in the sphere of the distributed power generation, water supply, water disposal, fire safety, ecology are a part of the «Business Russia» business mission. Within the consolidated stand of the «Business Russia» they will introduce their own innovation developments, will hold negotiations with representatives of business and authorities of the United Arab Emirates, plan the further cooperation ways.

As Maksim Zagornov noted, the cooperation format offered today by the «Business Russia» attracts great interest of the Arab partners. The organization uniting over 3 thousand companies of the most different profile enters the UAE market, offering a wide range of products and services. In this regard the probability of establishment of business contacts with partners from the UAE is extremely high.

Considering the fact that the «Business Russia» business mission will take place right after Vladimir Putin's visit to the United Arab Emirates when the agreement on cooperation between the Russian Federation and the UAE for the amount of about 1.4 billion dollars was concluded, the business ambassador of the «Business Russia» in the UAE Maksim Zagornov expects great results from the trip.
