Business Russia and Dubai Chamber of Digital Economy discuss cooperation issues

On August 15, the Business Ambassador of Business Russia to the UAE Maksim Zagornov held talks with representatives of Dubai Chamber of Digital Economy (DCDE). The meeting discussed the promotion of Business Russia technology companies in the Dubai market with the help of tools and opportunities provided by DCDE.

Dubai Chamber of Digital Economy is one of the three chambers created as a result of the restructuring of Dubai Chamber of Commerce. In 2021, three entities were created on the basis of Dubai Chambers – Dubai Chamber of Commerce, International Chamber and Dubai Chamber of Digital Economy, which today operate under the umbrella of Dubai Chambers.

Dubai Chamber of Digital Economy aims to strengthen Dubai's status of a global leader in the digital economy by attracting best specialists and international companies, as well as creating an incentive environment that facilitates the growth of digital companies in the emirate.

During the meeting, DCDE representatives presented the Market Access Program. The program is designed for technology companies that are seeking new opportunities to develop their business in Dubai.

To participate in the Market Access Program, you must fill out an application on the DCDE website.

If selected, the company receives full support from DCDE: access to a network of corporate and government entities looking for innovative digital solutions and products; consulting services and strategic advice; assistance in finding investors as well in accelerating its entry into the Dubai market.

In addition, DCDE representatives invited Business Russia companies to participate in Expand North Star 2023, the largest exhibition for startups and investors organized by Dubai Chamber of Digital Economy. The event will be held on October 15-18 in Dubai and will bring together the best technology startups from more than 100 countries (with 70 unicorns among them), as well as interested investors. Summing up the talks, the parties expressed hope that Business Russia and Dubai Chamber of Digital Economy had a great potential for cooperation.
