Maksim Zagornov, Business Ambassador of Business Russia to the UAE, sent a letter to Mohammad Ahmad Al Jaber, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the UAE to the Russian Federation, in which he expressed gratitude to the United Arab Emirates for the support during a difficult period for the Russian state.
The letter refers to in particular:
Russian business, in the face of severe sanctions restrictions, stepped into the difficult situation: in an instant, cooperative ties built over the years, logistics channels were disrupted, export and investment projects were frozen.
Against this background, the outlined position of the leaders of the United Arab Emirates and the Russian Federation on further development of bilateral relations between our countries has become a significant support for the Russian business community.
Russia and the Emirates have always had close business and cultural ties. I am sure that even in this difficult period our countries will increase economic cooperation, interact in the paradigm of friendship and good neighborliness.
